Pandemonium As Killer Herdsmen Invade Lagos Community, destroys property, injure many
By Our Correspondent Suspected herdsmen have invaded a community, in Ipaja and its Environs in Alimosho Local Government area of Lagos State, leaving several people injured. The herders who on Tuesday September 16th, 2025, came to the community with dangerous weapons, swooped on a house belonging to one Awosanya Olushoga Tunde and dealt a deadly attack on the residents of the house. During the invasion, the suspected herdsmen, who were said to be armed with weapons including guns, cutlasses, stones and bottles, attacked and injured people at the residence of Awosanya Olushoga Tunde, who was brutally attacked while in Yelewata, Benue state. During the Lagos attack the invaders destroyed the window and closed circuit television installed on the building, and also vandalised vehicles parked on the premises, and beat the occupiers of the building to pulp.
