Police declared Two Bisexual men Wanted for jumping bail

Ogun State Command of Nigeria Police have declared two bisexual male suspects wanted for jumping administrative bail granted them in 2020.

The two wanted bisexual male suspects are reportedly on the run since 2020 the suspects are Kunle and Adebayo Ogundairo who were declared wanted on the 2nd of May 2022  according to reports made available by police to our correspondent.

Addressing journalists on behalf of the Command, Ogun state, the Police Public Relations Relations Officer, Oyeyemi Abimbola, said the now at large Kunle and his partner, Adebayo, were caught by vigilante and arrested by police for homosexuality act in kuto community in Abeokuta, on January 25, 2020.

He further stated that the police are not going to relent in it's efforts to re-arrest them to face the wrath of law
 

The police appealed to members of the public who may have useful information that could lead to the re-arest of Kunle and his partner Adebayo Ogundairo to approach any security formation for proper prosecution, assuring that such information would be treated in strict confidentiality.

Homosexuality according to the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria is a crime that attracts 14 years jail term.

Homosexuality is also seen by society as a taboo and abomination acts in Nigeria culture.

All attempts to speak to Kunle and Adebayo in order to get their own side of the matter proved abortive to journalists who try to make  inquiries.
