Arabambi denies division in Ogun Labour Party, affirms Micheal Ashade as authentic Chairman

By Our Correspondent  The Ogun State chapter of the Labour Party has described the purported suspension of the State Executive Council of the party as an imagination of the purveyors of fake news.  The National Publicity Secretary of the party, Abayomi Arabambi, said this while reacting to a series of media statements credited to one Tokunbo Peters, that the State chapter of Labour Party under the leadership of Micheal Ashade has been suspended by the party’s National Working Committee. My son's life is not safe, octogerian farmer cries out

In a release signed by Olawale Adekoya, Information, Media and Publication Specialist on behalf of the Institution said, the Commission granted full accreditation to the Psychology programme of the University. Ogun LP distances self from Adebutu's endorsement, says it's all a hoax

By Our Correspondent The Ogun State chapter of the Labour Party (LP) under the leadership of Michael Ashade has distanced the party from the purported endorsement of Ladi Adebutu of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) for any purpose. Making clarification on the said endorsement, the Acting National Publicity Secretary of the LP,  Dr. Abayomi Arabambi, said the action was a "beer parlour exercise," dismissing it as "ridiculous last minute survival strategy" adopted unprincipled people to cope with the trying moment. By Our Correspondent  A magistrate court sitting in Mowe Ibafo has convicted Chief Semiu Adeosun to two years imprisonment for standing as surety for the Oluwo Itoku, Chief Olusoji Sodamola and two of his Chiefs who were said to have jumped bail few weeks ago. By Our Correspondent  A medical doctor, Mrs Sekinat Oredoyin, on Wednesday told an Ikeja High Court how one Prophet Olushola Akinsipe allegedly defiled a 13-year-old visually-impaired girl on the pretext of praying for her. Oredoyin, a public health physician at Yaba Local Council Development Area, made the disclosure when she was led in evidence by the state counsel, Mr Michael Adewoye.
