My son's life is not safe, octogerian farmer cries out

Worried by constant threat to the life of his Pastor Son,a farmer in Ondo state has called on security operatives for assistance.
Chief Adefoyeku Akinrinlola made the call at his Idanre country home,Ondo state,as he spoke with newsmen,alleging a grand plot to assassinate his son.
"My son was attacked at crusade in Plateau State early this month,bringing to three ,such attacks in less than four years." he noted
Chief Akinrinlola explained that his son has been a subject of attacks,over his style of preaching,whenever he went the northern part of the country,adding "I am fed up with these series of attacks"
"My son was in Jos, Plateau State recently on invitation to a crusade only for him and the entire congregation to be attacked half way into the crusade” he added
He recounted how his son escaped in the hands of suspected Islamic fundamentalists during a recent crusade,while some of his followers who went with him from Akure sustained various degrees of injuries.
‘As I speak with you, we heard on good authorities that the attackers who are believed to be members of a religious sect, have vowed to always attack my son anywhere he is sighted in any part of the country’" he said.
"I am seizing this opportunity to call on security operatives to come to my son's assistance so that he does not fall victim of religious " fanatism " Pa Akinrinlola added.
